Response time

We answer editorial messages during UK office hours, Monday to Friday. Most notes get a reply within one working day; questions that need us to retest something on Lucky World can take up to five working days because we book a fresh session before we respond. For urgent corrections — anything we think a reader could lose money on if they trust the current text — we aim for same-day turnaround if the message arrives before 15:00 UK time. We will also tell you if we need longer than that; silence from us is a bug, not a feature. If you have not heard back within the published window, resend the message with "nudge" in the subject line, because our spam filter does sometimes eat long attachments. Our editorial calendar is public on the About page, so you can see which weeks have planned re-tests of Lucky World and plan a question around them if the timing matters. Public-holiday weeks (Christmas, Easter and the two August bank holidays) push every window back by one working day — we post a notice on the Contact page before each break so you can plan around it. Weekend messages are read on Monday morning in the order they came in; the autoresponder you receive just confirms we have the message, it is not a human answer.

What we cannot help with

We cannot process deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims or verification requests — that is Lucky World's job and we have no access to any player account. If your issue is with your money or with the operator's decision, write to Lucky World support first; we will help you escalate only after you have their final answer in writing. We also cannot act as a mediator between you and Lucky World once the operator has given you its final written answer: by that point the next step is a formal ADR body, which only accepts cases submitted directly by the player, not forwarded by a third party. We cannot help you reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends — not even if you tell us you have changed your mind — because the whole point of the exclusion is that no third party can override it on your behalf. Finally, we are not qualified to give legal advice about any dispute: our job is to publish accurate information about Lucky World, not to replace a solicitor. We cannot verify identity documents on your behalf, speak to Lucky World in your name, or demand a chargeback through your bank — those are regulated activities and we are not regulated to carry them out. If a reader asks us to "call Lucky World for them", we have to say no even when the frustration is clearly justified.

How to reach us

Write to the editorial inbox for corrections, factual questions and press enquiries. If you prefer a letter, our registered address is listed in the footer of every page. Please include the page URL you are writing about and, when possible, a screenshot — it speeds up our reply by a lot. Our team reads messages in the order they arrive — there is no priority queue, and we do not accept payment for a faster reply. If you are writing on behalf of Lucky World (for example, as a brand representative who has spotted a factual error), please say so in the first line: we will still handle the request through our normal correction process, but it helps us spot press timings and avoid double-work. Reader letters that include constructive feedback about the Lucky World pages themselves — "this bonus is explained unclearly", "this screenshot is from the old lobby" — are especially welcome, because they shape what we re-test on the next sweep. We also run a slower-moving tips channel for anonymous reports (payment delays, verification refusals, misleading bonus terms). We do not publish any name or detail without checking the fact ourselves and giving Lucky World the right of reply — but anonymous tips are often the start of a bigger investigation, so they are read even when we cannot write back.
